Experience Live Performance with UCM Theatre & Dance
Each year, we produce a variety of exciting and compelling work on our stages, ranging from full musicals to original plays, dance concerts to classic plays. Come join us!
- Studio One-Act Series : Each Fall and Spring semester kicks off with a series of short plays that are selected, produced, directed, designed and performed by students.
- Fall and Spring Plays: Explore your humanity: join us for a full length play each fall and spring from the Classic, Shakespearean, or Contemporary repertoire.
- Fall and Spring Musicals: Do you like musicals? Come experience a large musical each fall and a smaller musical or opera in the spring.
- Black Box Series: Student-driven projects such as Improv, Musical Revues, One-Acts and Original Pieces complete the rest of the season in the Nickerson Black Box Theater
- Central Missouri Repertory Theatre: Join us again each summer for our annual tour featuring children's theatre, visiting multiple communities in central Missouri as well as on UCM's main campus
